Terms & Conditions:
  1. By participating in this contest known as “Ohsem 15” or “Peraduan OHSEM 15th” (“Contest”), you (“you” or “Participant(s)”) are deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by and subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
  2. Contest Period The Contest period runs from 1st February to 15th April 2026 (“Contest Period”).
  3. Eligibility This Contest is open to all Malaysians aged 18 and above (as at 1st January 2026), except the employees and the immediate family members of the employees of The Italian Baker Sdn Bhd (“Organiser”), its promotion/ advertising/ public relations agencies and their respective shareholders, subsidiaries and associate companies.
  4. Entry To be eligible to participate in this Contest, Participant(s) shall:

    STEP 1

    Purchase at least RM4.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Four) of Massimo products in a single receipt during the Contest Period.

    STEP 2

    Write the Participant’s full name as per the Identity Card (MyKad) on the front of the receipt and take a clear photo of the receipt. The receipt must clearly show the full name, the invoice number, date of purchase, the name of the Massimo product, and the value of the Massimo product. Note: Each valid receipt (1) qualifies as ONE contest entry.

    STEP 3

    Scan the QR code and complete the information requested in the link and submit a picture of the receipt. The ORIGINAL receipt must be kept and presented as proof to redeem your prize(s).

  5. Entry Deadline Entries may be submitted until 15th April 2026, 23:59 Malaysia time. Entries received after this deadline will be automatically disqualified.
  6. Proof of Purchase Only official printed receipt(s) of the purchased product(s) with clear details of the purchase as detailed above shall be accepted. Any manual or written or illegible receipts will be deemed invalid, and the accompanying entry will be disqualified. Participant(s) are required to write their name in full as per Malaysian Identity Cards (MyKad) on each original receipt submitted. Please keep the original receipt for verification purposes when collecting your prize(s).
  7. Disqualification The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entry(ies) that is/are modified, incomplete, illegible, submitted after the entry deadline, or without receipt, or duplicate entries, or with duplicated or modified or altered receipts. No correspondence on this matter will be entertained.
  8. Prizes Participants stands a chance to WIN:
    1. GRAND PRIZE of a MG4 LUX car OR FIRST (1st) PRIZE of 20g Gold x 1 Winner
    2. SECOND (2nd) PRIZE of an iPad x 2 Winners
    3. THIRD (3rd) PRIZE of a Mi Robot Vacuum Cleaner S40C x 5 Winners
    4. 8 WEEKLY PRIZES of Touch n Go credit of RM100 per winner x 15 Winners per week

    *The GRAND PRIZE of the car does not include insurance and other taxes (which are incurred)

  9. Only eligible entries will be shortlisted, and the winners will be selected via a randomised computer selection process. One participant will be selected to be the winner of either the Grand Prize OR First Prize (“Final Challenge Finalist”). The Final Challenge Finalist is required to participate in the selection event (“Final Challenge Event”) which will be held at a venue in the Klang Valley to determine if he/she will win the Grand Prize OR First Prize. In the event the Final Challenge Finalist does not win the Grand Prize in the Final Challenge Event, the Final Challenge Finalist will instead receive the First (1st) Prize, and the Grand Prize will be forfeited. All costs and expenses incurred by the Final Challenge Finalist in relation to the Final Challenge Event will be borne by the Final Challenge Finalist. A Participant may win a maximum of either one (1) Grand Prize OR one (1) First Prize AND one (1) Weekly Prize in this Contest. The Winner(s) will be selected based on a random pick (computerised). The result of the winner selection is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
  1. The winners will be notified either through WhatsApp text and/or email on a best effort basis or through an announcement on social media with details on how to claim the Prize. Winners must produce the ORIGINAL receipts together with their Malaysian Identity Cards (MyKad) to collect the prizes. In the event the finalists cannot be contacted for whatever reason, the Organiser reserves the right to contact the next finalist(s) from the respective prize lists.
  2. The Final Challenge Finalist will be required to provide a copy of their MyKad and the original receipt to the organiser within five (5) working days from the date of notification via phone and/or email for verification purposes.
  3. The Organiser may at its sole discretion, substitute any prize with any item of similar value. The estimated value of the prizes is correct at the time of printing.

    All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products/services.

  4. Limitation of liability Save for and to the extent of any liability that cannot be excluded or restricted by law, the Organiser and its shareholders, affiliates and their respective officers, employees and agents are not responsible for and excludes all liability for any personal injury or death or any expenses, loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way including those arising from or in connection with:
    1. any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Organiser’s or its agents’ control);
    2. any loss, theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference;
    3. any entry or claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Organiser);
    4. any variation in prize value to that as stated in these Terms and Conditions;
    5. if the Contest is cancelled or delayed for any reason;
    6. any tax liability incurred by a Participant;
    7. use of the prize(s) by the winners.
  5. The Organiser may at its sole discretion vary, amend, or modify this Contest and the Contest mechanics and its related promotional materials, and/or cancel or suspend this Contest for whatever reason. In the event that any updates or changes are made, the revised terms and conditions will be made available at its website at www.massimo.com.my at least one (1) week prior to them taking effect.
  6. The Organiser is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay, failure in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, of any means communication, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, any website or application, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, system, apparatus, software, failure of e-mail or receipt of entry on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet and/or telecommunication services, used in connection with this Contest.
  7. Personal data By participating in this Contest, you are deemed to have read and understood the contents in the Personal Data Protection Notice available at https://www.ffmb.com.my/personal-data-protection-notice and have provided your consent for the processing of your personal data.
  8. This Contest’s Terms and Conditions are prepared in English and Bahasa Malaysia. In the event of any ambiguity, inconsistency, or conflict between the two versions of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
